Mom training is adapted, gentle and constructive training for all mothers. We adapt the training for both untrained and you who started your training. The training is aimed at recent mothers who want to start training or want to get started again with their training.
With tools and our own body weight, we exercise mobility, stability, strength and fitness for 45 minutes. We do abdominal exercises that strengthen the inner abdominal muscles. With mothers training, you begin the recovery after pregnancy and build a strong body. We work with functional movements that make you strong in your everyday life as a new mom.
You can bring your baby. Your child can lay on a blanket next to you while you are training.
Mother training is available as personal training and group training.
